How do I order event photos?

Head to the event gallery and click on the event you want to order photos from. Click on the shopping cart button of the image you want to purchase and you can order from there.

Can I order just the digital image?

Yes you can, this can be done through the shopping cart, once payment is made the image will be automatically emailed to the email provided.

How do we order team photos?

This all depends on the club you are with, but the main way is on photo day/night. If you have missed that email: photos@shot360.co.nz

Do you have eftpos at photo night?

Yes we do.

Can we order online?

Yes you can there will be a login required for your club, email: photos@shot360.co.nz to receive this.

My husband took the kids to photo night and couldn’t see where to pay, can I still order?

Yes you can there will be a login required for your club, email: photos@shot360.co.nz to receive this.

When do we need to get there for photo night?

15 minutes before you photo time. This gives you or your child time to get ready with his/her team and time to order a photo 🙂

How long does it take to get the photos back?

We like to have the photos back to the club within 3 weeks of photo day. Note sometimes the club may hold on to the photos and hand them out at prize giving.
